It was my second last day in San Fran and I thought I'd better try and get out to check out some of the local street art scene. I did a little research and Clarion Alley in the MIssion came up as a spot which looked like it was worth visiting.
I headed down there after the conference to check it out. I was a little apprehensive heading there as the driver gave me a bit of a warning about walking round the area. When I arrived there seemed to be enough people around and it was still light so I thought I'd be fine.
The Alley itself is about 100 my's long and allows traffic in a one way direction. It certainly didn't disappoint and was choc full of graffiti of various styles. A few random dudes hanging around smoking from crack pipes sent me on the express tour of the Alley. It's fine during the day but I don't think I'd be hanging around there at night. It's worth a visit if you're into this type of stuff.
