1260 Miles and Runnin'

Hello to my massive audience of 12 subscribers. After a fairly dismal September for blog posts I promise I'll be back with a vengeance in October. I'm planning  a 19 part series on the New England road trip that Tracy and I just did.

There were laughs and there were tears and I'll come round to all of this blow by blow and for your viewing pleasure. To quickly set the context we headed off for a one week road trip around the New England states of Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The aim was to see some of the famed fall leaves and get some well earned R&R from the daily grind of NYC. With juice in the tank, fresh air in our lungs and sand in spots I don't want to mention it really was a memorable time.

To be honest it really felt like Tracy and I were travelling slaves for his royal highness, Dasha. We actually arranged the whole holiday around him including all the accommodation. We were however both stoked to have him along. Anyway sit back and relax and prepare for an onslaught of blogs from lovely North East USA.

The itinerary was as follows:

Day 1 (B): West Dover, VT
Day 2 (C): Jeffersonville, VT
Day 3 (C): Jeffersonville, VT
Day 4 (D): Jackson, NH
Day 5 (E): Cape Elizabeth, ME
Day 6 (F): Cape Cod, MA
Day 7 (F): Cape Cod, MA
Day 8 (G): Newport, RI
Day 9 (H): NYC, NY
